Coach Finder 4U currently uses only strictly necessary cookies - the small number required to keep you securely logged in and to protect forms from being submitted by malicious sites. We do not currently use any optional analytics or marketing cookies, so we show this straightforward information notice rather than an intrusive consent banner. If that ever changes, we will introduce a proper consent choice before any non-essential cookie loads.

Third-party pages and embedded content

When you make a payment, we redirect you to Stripe's own secure checkout or billing portal pages, hosted on Stripe's domain - Stripe may set its own cookies there under its own privacy and cookie policies, not ours. Where a map is shown on the site (for example, to help a coach or client pick a meeting location), map tiles are loaded directly from our map provider's servers, which may see your device's IP address in the same way any embedded map would - no cookie is set by this. Looking up a What3Words address works the same way. We do not currently embed YouTube videos, live chat or support-widget scripts anywhere on the platform.

Managing cookies

Because we only use strictly necessary cookies, there is nothing optional to switch off - blocking them in your browser will prevent you from logging in or submitting forms correctly. You can control or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings.
