About Coach Finder 4U
Coach Finder 4U exists to take the overwhelm out of finding a coach.
Most coaching websites hand you a long list of profiles and leave you to work out who might suit you. We do it the other way round: you tell us what you would like help with, and we look for coaches who genuinely fit your goals, your preferences and your circumstances.
Free for clients
Using Coach Finder 4U to find and be matched with a coach is free. You are never charged for telling us what you need, for being matched, or for receiving your shortlist.
Coaches on the platform are independent professionals who set their own coaching fees. Any coaching you go on to arrange is agreed directly between you and the coach you choose, and we do not take a commission from it.
Finding a coach suited to you
Rather than showing you hundreds of profiles, we look at what you have told us - your goals, your preferences, and whether you would rather meet online or in person - and give suitable approved coaches the chance to register their interest. You then receive a small shortlist of up to five coaches and decide who, if anyone, to contact. Your contact details stay private until you make that choice.
You do not need to know the right label before you start. If you are not sure what kind of coach would help, tell us what is going on and we will take it from there.

The coaching we cover
We work with coaches across ADHD, autism, life, business, career, executive, leadership, relationship, parenting, education, health, wellness, fitness, financial and mindset coaching - with more disciplines added over time.
Many coaches work online, so you are not limited to people near you. Others offer face-to-face sessions where that suits you better. Tell us which you would prefer and we take it into account. You can read about each kind of coaching if you would like to understand the differences first.
Who we are
Coach Finder 4U brings together Julie Bodman's coaching experience and Steve Bodman's nearly 30 years of software development experience through Millennium Software. Steve created and developed the platform, and continues to look after the software and technical side through Millennium Software. Julie operates Coach Finder 4U as the business.
Julie is a qualified ADHD coach, and brought the coaching side of this: what people actually need when they go looking for help, what makes a good match, and why being handed a directory so rarely gets anyone there.
What our review does, and does not, mean
Every coach profile is reviewed by a real person before that coach can receive client enquiries. We check the profile is complete, professional, and gives you enough to make an informed choice.
That review is not an endorsement, a guarantee of quality, or a certification of any kind. Coaching is also not medical treatment, and coaches on Coach Finder 4U do not diagnose or treat any condition.
